Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT or DPT degree
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient physical therapy
• Experience with Meditech documentation system

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Coverage is primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend day support requested
