Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Virginia PT license
- Home Health experience
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for documentation and PointCare
Assignment Details
- Monday - Friday.
- 8 am to 4:30 pm.
- No on call or weekend requirement.
