Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in long-term care

Assignment Details

• 12 week assignment.
• Flexible schedule with 4 or 5 days per week.
• 35 to 40 hours per week.
• May be expected to float to other facilities.
