Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Active Maine PT license
• BLS certification
• Experience providing manual therapy, exercise science, and patient education
• Experience educating patients on adaptive equipment such as walkers, canes, and crutches

Assignment Details

• Schedule includes 4 10-hour shifts
• Shift hours are 0700-1730
• No weekend rotation
• No call requirement
• Holiday expectation may include 50% of minor holidays
• No floating required
