Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist experience required.

Assignment Details

• Patient population: Outpatient Ortho.
• Will accept First Time Travelers: YES.
• Will accept New Grads: YES.
• Will accept a PTA: NO.
• Float to other clinics: NO.
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week.
• Will see 12-14 patients per day.
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
