Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week.
• Coverage may include floating between multiple outpatient locations.
