Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy.
- Physical Therapist license in IN required to start.
- Hep B required.
- TB required.
- Tdap required.
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 5x8-hour days.
- Shift hours: alternating 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 10:30 AM–7:00 PM.
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- Floating is not required.
