Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Assignment Details

• Full-time assignment in a 160-bed skilled nursing and assisted living setting.
• Work with a stable therapy team in a facility with a roomy gym and an onsite director of rehab.
