Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• AR PT license required to start
• CPR (Basic) required to start
• HEP B required
• TB required
• Flu required
• Information Security Compliance Form required
• Orientation - Review Annually required
• Signed Job Description required
• Completed Orientation Documents required

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment.
• Shift schedule: 3x12.
• Shift hours: 0000-2400.
• Must work thanksgiving.
