COTA

We are seeking a talented and dedicated COTA for a 13-week contract with guaranteed hours in Eastern Montana. The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting is required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapeutic processes.

Qualifications

COTA certification and state licensure required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate approach to patient care.
