We are seeking a qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general outpatient orthopedic therapy, providing care to a diverse patient demographic ranging from teenagers to older adults. This position offers a great mix of non-surgical and post-operative rehabilitation opportunities, making it ideal for those who thrive in a varied clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement effective physical therapy interventions to facilitate recovery and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

• Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience is preferred; an interview is required for those with less experience or no previous travel experience.

Work Schedule:

This position is for a 5-day work week, with flexible shift start and end times. The standard shift is 8 hours per day.
