We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional speech, language, and swallowing therapy in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role involves the evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of effective therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions in patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans for patients.
• Document services in accordance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Master's degree required).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
• Strong communication abilities and clinical problem-solving skills.
