Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Document all services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
- Maintain strict compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication skills and clinical problem-solving abilities.
