Description

Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical setting and be passionate about providing quality patient care.

Job Overview

Position Type: Contract
Commitment: 13 - 26 weeks
Start Date: 11/30
Shift: Day shifts

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapy treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Washington or Alaska (Compact License allowed).
Less than 1 year of experience in a clinical setting is required.
Certifications required:
- ACLS
- BLS/BCLS
- PALS
- NRP
- ASHA
- CHT
- ACP Training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Information

Equipment will be provided during the interview process.
Parking will be available on the first day.
Dress code information will be provided on the first day.
