Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the health and wellness of patients across various departments.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and any adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
