We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist with expertise in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) to join our team. This position involves providing respiratory care to pediatric patients in high-level care settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care to patients in NICU, PICU, and CVICU.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float to various locations as needed, including additional NICUs and rehabilitation facilities.
• Participate in the completion of required documentation and adhere to facility standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Ohio RRT license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in pediatric and neonatal respiratory care.
• Experience in a high-level care NICU, PICU, and CVICU settings is essential.
• Certifications in NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS are required.

Work Schedule

Shifts are available in either a 3x12 or 4x12 hour format. Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.

Additional Requirements

• All time off and scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview.
• Two fingerprinting sessions are required: one onsite and one through the agency.
• Comprehensive work history must be provided, including relevant positions held within the region.
• All required certifications must be submitted at the time of application.
