We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic therapy department offering both outpatient and inpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Collaborate with physical therapy and speech therapy teams to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation.
• Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with diverse needs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and eligibility for therapy services.
• Document patient progress and provide appropriate updates to the healthcare team.
• Engage with patients to support their recovery and facilitate their therapeutic goals.

• Hydrotherapy
• Pelvic Health Therapy
• Dry Needling
• LSVT Big and Loud Program
• Pain Management

Patient Population:

• Orthopedic conditions
• Neurological disorders
• Developmentally delayed pediatric patients
• Musculoskeletal injuries

Qualifications:

• Minimum of less than 1 year of experience in occupational therapy.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality patient care.
