Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. This role is essential in helping patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve their treatment goals in adherence to state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions according to the Physical Therapist's plan of care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment effectively.
• Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
