Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy in alignment with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role is pivotal in evaluating, planning, and delivering therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions for our patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients experiencing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Document services provided in compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to promote optimal outcomes.
Ensure adherence to all infection control and safety protocols throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
