Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in rehabilitation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care while ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients during their recovery process.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and rehabilitation processes.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with all healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
