Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. In this role, you will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
