Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in both adult and pediatric patient care and be prepared to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, including a weekend and holiday rotation.
Schedule
- Eve/Night shifts available: 3x12-hour shifts
- Shift times: 1500-0330 or 1900-0730
- No block schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last three years
- Epic experience is required
- Active Wisconsin RN or Compact RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification - AHA only
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification - AHA only
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Ability to pass a Telemetry test prior to starting the position

This role requires a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is capable of providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Strong clinical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families are essential for success in this position.
