Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care based on established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and assess patient health conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Educate patients and their families on health-management strategies and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
