Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing, with experience in both adult and pediatric care.

Position Details:

Orientation: Every Monday
Shift: Night shifts (3x12 hours, 18:45 - 07:15)
Weekend Coverage: Required every other weekend (6 shifts in a 6-week schedule, including Friday & Saturday nights)
Holiday Coverage: Required

Patient Care Ratio:

The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 to 1:6.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing required
Completion of at least 1 travel assignment
Proficiency in Cerner electronic health records is required

Required Certifications:

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Additional Information:

Scrubs are not provided; color: Royal Blue
All employees must have the Flu vaccine
