Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Emergency Room (ER) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency care and the ability to perform under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in critical and urgent situations.
• Administer medications and treatments with attention to detail to ensure patient safety.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families to address concerns and provide support.
• Organize and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Maintain composure and demonstrate patience when handling stressful situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the Emergency Department (ED).
• Telehealth experience is preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Active State License in Michigan is mandatory at the time of submission.

Work Schedule

• 36-hour guarantee per week.
• Weekend requirements: Every other weekend.
• No on-call requirements.
