Description

Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is for night shifts and entails providing comprehensive care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' health status and implement appropriate care plans.
Monitor telemetry readings and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required.
Valid nursing license issued by the state of Ohio or compact state.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

Work Schedule

This position includes working four 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
