We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist with experience in Neuro, Ortho Trauma, and Kidney Transplant to join our team. This position requires the ability to scrub and/or circulate in various surgical procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week
• On-call requirements: Up to 2 weekends per month, with a 30-minute on-call response time
• Short call shift once a week (either 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
• Orientation: Weekly (every Monday, barring holidays)
• Travel Requirements: Primarily based on the West location, but may require floating to other locations
• Holiday Work: Eligible to work any holiday while on contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures
• Support a variety of surgical specialties including general surgery, robotics, transplants, ortho, neuro, spine, ENT, GYN, urology, organ procurement, and trauma
• Work within a Level I Trauma Surgery environment
• Contribute to a team providing care for patients undergoing a wide range of surgical interventions

Qualifications:

• Experience in Neuro, Ortho Trauma, and Kidney Transplant preferred
• Current and valid Massachusetts state license required
• BILH coversheet required
• Minimum of 6 months separation from previous employment at any related facilities
• Ability to present all time-off requests upon submission
