Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patients' reactions and progress.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and medications, aiming to promote health literacy and self-management.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of care requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care delivery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and incorporate evidence-based practices in nursing care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations while providing care to patients.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an Associate degree in Nursing accepted.
• Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
