X-Ray Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team. This position requires working from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM for three days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and ensuring high-quality images are obtained while prioritizing patient safety.

Qualifications

Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Valid driver's license with picture identification
Background check clearance
Completion of a skill checklist from the agency and records of nursing-related competencies/exams
Current resume or application
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or similar
Current tuberculosis test records
Documented record of hepatitis vaccination
Influenza vaccination or signed declination
Copy of agency's Certificate of Liability Insurance
Completion of a drug test
Signed attestation form

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations following established protocols
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Maintain and operate imaging equipment in accordance with safety regulations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging techniques
Maintain accurate and complete patient records
