Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires flexibility and expertise in various intensive care units. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of experience in critical care settings.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
• Rotation includes every other weekend and some holidays
• Alternative scheduling options available, including 4x12s and blocked weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, and Trauma Surgery.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms.

Qualifications

• Active WI RN or compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (American Heart Association only).
• Experience in various ICU settings is preferred.
• Must pass a telemetry test prior to starting the position.
