Description

Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires a strong background in telemetry nursing and a commitment to patient care.

Job Details

Shift: Night shift, 4 - 12 hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpreting telemetry readings.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
Must possess a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
