Job Description

This position involves working 36 hours per week with a rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts. Shifts will be during the day from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and at night from 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM, depending on departmental needs. The position requires flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in telemetry or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
