Job Overview

This position offers the opportunity to work within a diverse team of experienced professionals, including 9 staffed Physical Therapists (PTs), 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and a PT dedicated to wound care services. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists (OT) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), with additional support from Respiratory Therapy (RT) and Cardiac Rehabilitation.

Work Schedule

The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage an outpatient caseload spanning pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Provide evaluation and treatment for a variety of diagnoses, including:
• Acute orthopedic conditions
• Chronic pain management
• Post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation
• Neuromuscular reeducation and balance
• Vestibular disorders
• Pelvic health issues
• Developmental delays
• Sports injury recovery
• Post-concussion management
• Receive support and guidance from the Director of Rehabilitation, who is also a PT.
• Adapt treatment plans according to individual comfort and expertise regarding various patient populations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care.
