Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role requires a strong understanding of rehabilitation practices and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and create customized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic treatments to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
