About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Key Details

• Shift: Night shifts, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), with holidays as needed
• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Total Beds: 54
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating Requirement: Yes, within the scope of similar units or facilities

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience required
• Licensure: Active SC license or Compact license must be obtained prior to start
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Skills: Proficient in IV start skills; experience with telemetry and management of cardiac medications preferred

Miscellaneous Information

• Scheduling Flexibility: Open to accommodating block scheduling requests (approval required)
• Local Candidates: Accepted on a case-by-case basis
• Time Off Requests: All requests must be submitted at the time of application for consideration
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period
