We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers a dynamic mix of outpatient and inpatient settings, with the opportunity to work between 34 to 40 hours per week. The typical schedule consists of day shifts, Monday through Friday, with eight-hour workdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate patient recovery and progress.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
