Description

Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Shift Details

Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM)
On-call as needed
Will float to main OR as required

Key Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures, providing support and expertise to the surgical team.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient conditions and provide necessary interventions during surgery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of surgical procedures and patient care.
Participate in patient education and support pre- and post-operative care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RNFA.
Current Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
Active Massachusetts state licensure; conditional licenses will be accepted.
