Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team. This role requires a professional with experience in a hospital setting and proficiency in operating X-ray equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray examinations following established protocols to ensure high-quality images.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment as required to ensure optimal functioning.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Document patient records and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent experience as a registered X-Ray Technologist in a hospital setting.
• Experience in operating X-ray equipment in an operating room (OR) environment is required.
• BLS certification.
• ARRT registered technician status is required.
• Willingness to cover weekend shifts every other weekend.

Schedule

This position offers a schedule of four 10-hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM. The role also requires weekend coverage on alternating weekends.
