Job Description

An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves significant responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Administer patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Participate in day one pass/fail testing.
• Float to various departments as needed, including Emergency Department holds, inpatient holds, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and other boarding units.
• Work within 1:3-5 patient ratios.

Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility as you will be expected to work every other weekend. The schedule for weekend shifts will be as follows:

• Days - Saturday and Sunday
• Nights - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Weekly start dates are available on Mondays.

Qualifications

• Epic experience is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is mandatory.
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications are preferred.
• Level 1 trauma experience is preferred; if no prior travel experience is present, Level 1 trauma experience will be required.
• A minimum separation of 6 months from previous employment is required to be considered for this position.

Relias practice tests will be made available to assist candidates in preparing for testing.
