Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. This position is essential for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Shift Details
- Mid-Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- 4x10 Shift Option: 10:30 AM - 9:00 PM with rotating days off
- Includes weekday, weekend, and holiday on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of the sterile field before, during, and after procedures.
- Provide high-quality care to surgical patients, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in charge nurse duties as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in an Operating Room setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing environments.
