Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a medical-surgical environment. The position involves floating to various units as needed, with a census of 2:3-5 patients.

Shift Details

This role is a night shift position with a schedule of 3x12 hours, from 19:00 to 07:00. The schedule includes 6 consecutive shifts.

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit.
• Manage a diverse patient population with various medical and surgical needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in an Emergency Room or medical-surgical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
