Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for both seasoned professionals and first-time travelers looking to expand their skills in critical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Utilize advanced medical techniques and equipment, including ECMO and CRRT.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.
• Participate in weekend coverage as required.

Shift Information

• Scheduled shifts: 3 days per week (12-hour shifts).
• Rotating day and night shifts (0645-1915 and 1845-0715).
• Rotating schedule may vary; shift changes may occur after several weeks.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting is required.
• Proficiency in medical ICU, telemetry, ECMO, and CRRT is essential.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required.
• Must possess a valid PA or Compact nursing license at the time of application.
