We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology Lab team. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Full-time position: Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Shift timing: 0630 - 1700

Qualifications

• Active Washington State or Compact RN Licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Electrophysiology required

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, patients, and families, to ensure effective patient care and treatment.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner, applying the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice.
• Accurately collect and assess patient information to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Perform holistic and ongoing assessments of patient status and respond appropriately.
• Develop, implement, and continually reassess individualized plans of care for patients.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures and treatments as needed.
• Identify and execute appropriate nursing actions to achieve care goals addressing the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients.
• Educate patients and their families on relevant health information, providing written materials as necessary.
• Evaluate discharge plans for adequacy, educational needs, and adjust as necessary.
• Document all care provided, including assessments, plans, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage emergency situations promptly and professionally.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• May float in rotation for sitter responsibilities as needed.
