Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel and trauma environments, as well as a solid background in a similar hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
- Monitor patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts nursing license required at the time of submission.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for travel and trauma hospital experience.
- Experience in a similar hospital setting is necessary.
- Flu vaccine is required prior to start; religious exemptions will not be considered.
- Must have been separated from previous employment within the system for at least 6 months to be eligible.
