Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will excel in assessment, medication administration, and patient observation, contributing to effective clinical outcomes and the overall well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and observe patients' progress and response to therapies.
- Evaluate therapy effectiveness to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN license is required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing will be considered.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred).
- Must have been separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be eligible for rehire.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability to work overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM every other weekend and on holidays.
