Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluation and therapy services to patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes while adhering to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Document therapy services in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to ensure effective communication.
Maintain adherence to all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
