We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in a general ICU setting. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care in a critical environment with a focus on strong clinical skills and teamwork.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and evaluate patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform advanced assessments and interventions in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
• Experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

• 36/48 alternating schedule with options for:
• Night shifts: 3x12-hours (19:00 - 07:00) or 4x12-hours (19:00 - 07:00).
