Description
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic environment with varying shifts, including rotational day/evening shifts, weekends, and on-call responsibilities. This role requires Level I trauma experience.
Shift Details
- 4x10 Schedule:
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday); 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Wednesday)
- Evening shifts: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 4x12 Schedule:
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday); 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM (Wednesday)
- Evening shifts: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
During weekends, 12-hour shifts will be scheduled, alongside 8 or 10-hour shifts during the same week to fulfill contracted weekly hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Utilize knowledge of procedures and equipment to assist during surgeries.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license and relevant certifications.
- Experience in a Level I trauma setting is required.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
Start Dates
Position available to start on 11/30 or 12/14.
