We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a dynamic role that requires flexibility and dedication. This position involves providing high-quality care in a level I trauma environment, with a focus on surgical support and patient safety.

Schedule Details

The position offers various shift options, including:

• 4x10 shifts:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri); 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Wed)
  • Evening Shift: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 4x12 shifts:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri); 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM (Wed)
  • Evening Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Weekends will require 12-hour shifts, along with 8 or 10-hour shifts during the same week to fulfill contracted weekly hours.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations with speed and accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a Level I trauma center.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
