Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients through careful assessment, implementation of care plans, and collaboration with healthcare teams. This role requires a commitment to excellence in patient care while adhering to the standards and practices of nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule and Expectations
